I truly believe that the power of connection transforms our lives. Whether it is with our kids, our romantic partners, or family and friends - the quality of our relationships is a huge factor in our mental, emotional, and physical health. Being a single mom, a business owner, and having had many new beginnings myself - I also understand how lonely and isolating it is to be in a place that doesn't feel aligned with what you truly want or need. It is for these reasons - the healthy connection that we all need with other humans and my desire to help see people to the clarity on the other side of life's many crossroads - that I am a coach. I partner with women to navigate the messy, beautiful world of human connection; as well as with those wanting and needing healing change in other areas of life. Drawing on my training with Martha Beck and my experience as a certified Wayfinder Life Coach; as well as my lived experience as a mom of two teenagers, an entrepreneur, a facilitator of countless community gatherings, and a life-long yoga practitioner - it is my goal to partner with my clients to untangle patterns, tap into inner wisdom, and create relationships and paths forward that create joy and feel more honest, satisfying, and, healthy.

The Art of Adult Friendships
Making new connections and friendships as an adult can sometimes feel baffling. How do we find our tribe if we aren’t in an environment where we are constantly meeting new people? You are not alone... In this four meeting gathering, we will explore and share and inspire one another to take the steps to bring new connections into our lives. And, possibly make some in the process.
By the end you will feel like a true friend-making force.
